Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their functional abilities.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification.
• Previous experience in occupational therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
