• Full-time, Days shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to pediatric patients in a Level 1 trauma, NICU, and PICU environment.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including emergency and critical care staff.
• Document patient progress accurately using the EPIC charting system.
• Support on-call duties as required and float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Valid state license in respiratory therapy (MO license required at time of submission).
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• NICU and/or PICU experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced children's acute care hospital setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a pediatric critical care environment.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system.
• Experience with trauma, NICU, or PICU units.
