• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a busy short-term acute care hospital.
• Float between units as needed, adapting to different patient care environments.
• Follow hospital dress code and safety policies, including proper uniform attire.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in holiday coverage as required, working at least 3 of 5 designated holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license; compact licenses acceptable if in hand at submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Basic knowledge of telemetry equipment and patient monitoring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5.
• Successfully complete facility orientation modules prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similar acute care setting.
• Previous experience floating between units or facilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
