• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care for patients in a hospital float capacity, including subacute rehab, memory care, pulmonary, and ventilator units.
• Assist with patient activities, monitor vital signs, and deliver personalized nursing care based on individual needs.
• Recognize and respond to patient needs, including those with dementia, respiratory issues, or post-operative conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to strict time, attendance, and compliance policies, including mandatory orientation and holiday coverage.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maryland or Compact LVN / LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a LTAC, subacute rehab, or similar setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible within hospital float assignments.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to recognize patient cues.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients and those with chronic respiratory issues.
• Prior experience in long-term care or memory care units.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond to alarms and emergencies efficiently.
