- Full-time, contract, 13-week assignment, night shifts, 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment during night shifts.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
- Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely treatment.
- Demonstrate leadership by serving as charge nurse and preceptor for new staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Maine.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Previous charge nurse and preceptor experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PALS certification is a plus.
- Experience working in emergency rooms with diverse patient populations.
