Key Responsibilities
- Support residents in a structured mental health residential setting.
- Assist psychiatric professionals with daily patient care and activities.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Monitor and document resident behavior and progress.
- Participate in group and individual therapy sessions as directed.
- Follow established protocols to promote stabilization and community reintegration.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- At least 6 months of experience in mental health or related fields.
- Ability to work in a structured, treatment-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in psychiatric or residential treatment settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of mental health treatment approaches.
