• Full-time, Contract (Travel), Days (4x10 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room, including scrubbing and circulating on various cases such as GU, GYN, and general surgeries.
• Assist with robotic surgeries; maintain accurate counts and specimen handling.
• Take call on nights and weekends as required.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including specimen management and accurate documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent OR nursing experience prior to travel.
• Active Ohio RN license (compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 onward).
• BLS certification through AHA (current and active).
• Must submit a standard Qualivis cover sheet with interview availability and discuss requested time off during submission.
• One reference from a supervisor, ANM, or director in the specialty; references from non-supervisory roles will not be considered.
• Active certification with no pending certifications.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores.
• Ability to complete necessary background checks and fingerprinting within required timelines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic surgical cases and advanced circulating techniques.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced surgical environment; team player with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and specimen management.
• Previous travel experience in similar OR settings is a plus.
