Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 60 patients per week, ensuring quality care and patient progress
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with clinic standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to develop and implement effective treatment strategies
• Float to other clinics as needed to meet patient care demands

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or license-eligible status as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including up to 40 hours per week with prior approval for overtime
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings
• Ability to adapt to different clinic environments and patient needs
