Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to individuals in a rehabilitation setting
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient observations and treatment plans accurately
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Active and valid RN license in the state of Kentucky
• Proven experience in a rehabilitation or related clinical setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience with post-acute or outpatient rehab services
