Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location:
Liberty, MO
Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour nights, 1845-0715)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor cardiac telemetry equipment, and respond to patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Complete electronic documentation accurately using EMR systems.
- Attend required orientation sessions and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Capable of floating as needed to different units.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems similar to Cerner or Altera Sunrise.
