Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely patient treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Document patient information accurately in the EPIC charting system.
• Respond quickly to urgent situations, including trauma and critical care cases.
• Float within scope across three hospitals within a 20-mile radius as needed.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must have at submission).
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start).
• Epic experience at a level 3 or 4.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Florida.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine cotinine, required within 12 months.
• Able to work night shifts and adhere to schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a teaching hospital or Level Trauma facility.
• Ability to prioritize quick-response modules during orientation.
• Flexibility to float between multiple hospital locations.
