Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown unit.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, respond to changes, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of required credentialing and fingerprinting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 professional references, including at least one from a manager or director.
• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and travel as needed.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and credentialing requirements promptly.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Knowledge of Ohio credentialing and travel requirements.
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.
