Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and functional abilities
• Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting (SNF) preferred
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and patient assessment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
