Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and consultations to improve physical performance
- Conduct individualized evaluations to determine patient needs and develop customized treatment plans
- Implement goal-oriented therapies to enhance mobility and physical function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of orthopedic and rehabilitative therapies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- CPR certification or equivalent
