• Rotating, full-time (4 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services primarily in Labor & Delivery (L&D) settings
• Manage neonatal and pediatric patients, including NICU and PICU cases
• Float within hospital units and to nearby facilities as needed
• Ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements prior to start
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Indiana State Respiratory Therapist license in hand prior to start (temporary licenses may be obtained after application submission)
• ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT certifications in hand prior to submission
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in NICU or PICU within a children's hospital setting in the last 3 years
• At least 18 months of relevant clinical experience
• Current NICU or PICU experience required
• Must have recent experience in a level 1 adult facility (hospital-based)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of labor and delivery respiratory procedures
• Experience with neonatal and pediatric advanced life support

• Candidates must provide written confirmation of comfort with every other weekend shift requirement
• Floating is mandatory across hospital units and affiliate facilities
• Candidate must complete all compliance requirements, including background checks and certifications, prior to the start date
• Candidates should be prepared to work night (19:00 - 7:00) or day shifts (7:00 - 19:00) on a rotating basis
