Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule / Job Type: Rotating shifts, Night (4x12 Hours), Day (4x12 Hours)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients, primarily in Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Peds units.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and hospital standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Document patient treatments accurately and timely.
• Float within hospital departments and to affiliate facilities as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain all required certifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Indiana state license in respiratory therapy.
• Active ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, and NRP certifications.
• 2+ years of NICU or PICU experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in a Children's Hospital setting preferred.
• Must have Labor & Delivery experience.
• Minimum of 18 months of relevant clinical experience.
• Must be in hand prior to start date (temporary licenses may be obtained).
• Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and float as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• PALS certification.
• Experience in adult level 1 facilities.
• Previous work at a regional or accredited hospital.
