- Medical Laboratory Technologist / Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS / MLT)
Location
- Anaconda, MT
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, 3 days per week, approximately 12-hour shifts, with potential for variable night coverage depending on departmental needs
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory protocols and safety standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Document test results accurately in system
- Potentially perform phlebotomy and microbiology-related tasks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Montana Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) license
- Minimum of 2 years relevant laboratory experience
- Phlebotomy training and experience
- Active Montana licensure
- Experience with Epic laboratory software
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Microbiology experience highly preferred
- Flexibility to cover scheduled day shifts and occasional night shifts as needed
