Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with outpatient experience preferred.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be approved by the director.
• Float to other clinics as needed to support patient care across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Excellent patient communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to float between clinics as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
