Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Location
• Moraine, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options; no weekends required but optional weekend visits available

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress within the EMR system
• Maintain a productivity of approximately 7 visits per day or 35 visits per week
• Adhere to travel compliance requirements and complete necessary pre-employment screenings promptly
• Participate in orientation modules, with up to 24 hours of billable training and ongoing education modules

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification
• 1 year of outpatient OT experience
• Ability to complete lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exams within 72 hours of contract signing (if applicable)
• Familiarity with EMR systems (training provided if needed)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with adult and elderly patient populations
• Comfortable traveling within a 50-mile radius of the assigned facility location
