• Rotating shifts, 13-week assignment, likely full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and treatments in a Long Term Care setting
• Administer medications and notify physicians or nurse practitioners of pertinent information
• Assist with admissions and discharges
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Care for gastrostomy tubes, urinary catheters, and wound vacs
• Manage nebulized treatments and CPAP care
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license
• Prior experience working in a Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Knowledge of basic patient assessments, medication administration, and resident care procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with wound vacs, gastrostomy tubes, and respiratory equipment
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts based on facility needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
