Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

• Houston, TX

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Full-time, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, primarily in orthopedic settings
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits with possible double-booking
• Collaborate with the team and adhere to productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Assist in treatment planning and documentation under the supervision of the director
• Float to other clinics within the network as needed, including neighboring facilities

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Flexibility to float between clinics and adapt to different patient populations
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings
• Prior travel therapy experience or willingness to travel for short assignments
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
