• Full-time, day shifts, outpatient outpatient setting, travel team eligible, potential for first-time travelers and new grads

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services in a busy clinical setting
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Document and track patient progress, ensuring quality care and adherence to treatment plans
• Collaborate with team members and obtain approval from the director for OT hours when applicable
• Double-book follow-up visits to ensure efficient patient flow and clinic productivity

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with at least 36 hours guaranteed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment with a focus on orthopedic care
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the network
• Experience with high patient volume and multi-tasking in a clinical setting
