Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with medical guidelines and treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment data accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized therapy programs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and facility protocols.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment readiness during assigned shifts.
• Complete required documentation outside of standard clearance procedures to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting up and performing therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong documentation skills for patient records and treatment plans.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
