• Full-time, night shift (3x12 hours: 18:00 – 06:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting.
• Perform accurate patient assessments and develop individual care plans.
• Document patient progress and interventions using approved electronic charting systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during assigned shifts.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California nursing license in hand.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of NICU or similar neonatal care experience.
• Experience with electronic charting systems, specifically Epic preferred.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Ability to travel to nearby facilities within the region as needed.
• References: Minimum of two supervisory references covering at least one year of relevant experience within the last three years.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between hospital departments or affiliate facilities.
• Familiarity with charting policies and protocols related to neonatal care.
• Availability to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
• Compliance with travel and housing policies regarding local radius and housing arrangements.
