Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum

Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to postpartum and mother-baby patients in a high-volume, high-census obstetric unit.
• Manage patients with high-risk obstetric conditions, including postpartum hemorrhage, substance withdrawal, and other postpartum treatments.
• Administer medications and interventions such as magnesium, Pitocin, Foley catheterization, and manage postpartum recovery and initial newborn care (couplets).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and recovery.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system (EPIC).
• Float to various units as needed, including Postpartum at Issaquah and Edmonds campuses, and Labor and Delivery for recovery.

Required Qualifications:

• Active compact license (all Swedish facilities) and eligibility for travel contracts per specified criteria.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent obstetric nursing experience.
• Experience with high-risk obstetric care, postpartum hemorrhage, magnesium administration, and EPIC EMR.
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• Ability to float across multiple postpartum units as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• JADA experience.
• Experience with substance withdrawal management.
• Prior work in a busy, diverse obstetric environment.
