• Full-time, Nights shift, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, independent nursing care for patients in a mixed cardiac and medical ICU setting.
• Monitor critically ill patients with conditions such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MIs, CABGs, Ventilators, etc.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol, observing for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication administration, and care provided accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment or multi-state compact (compact license).
• BLS certification from AHA.
• ACLS certification from AHA.
• At least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in ICU or critical care units.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient cases independently.

• Patient Ratio: 2:1 for ICU patients, 4:1 for IMCU patients
• No weekend floating or on-call requirements
