Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing multiple residents during night shifts.
- Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations.
