Travel, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document clinical information accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate concerns as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Willingness to travel for assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a travel nursing role
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
