Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, variable schedule (days/evenings, 8s, 10s, or 12s), with call required during weekdays and weekends based on unit needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care during surgical procedures in a Level 1 Trauma Operating Room
- Circulate for a variety of surgeries, focusing on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases
- Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC electronic health records system
- Support unit needs through holiday and weekend coverage as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OR Nursing experience
- Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center setting
- Valid EPIC certification and BCLS certification
- Valid Ohio or Compact State Nursing License in hand at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns cases
