Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, dayshift, on-site, 7 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support patient education and provide guidance on exercises and activities for recovery.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience supporting occupational therapy activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of medical documentation standards and compliance.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
