Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of dialysis treatments and patient care at multiple clinic locations on the peninsula.
- Educate patients regarding their treatment plans and health management.
- Supervise Dialysis Technicians and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and monitor patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact license.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, with prior dialysis experience required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings is a plus.
