Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Ensure productivity standards of 60 visits per week are met.
• Optionally float to other clinics within the network as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full shifts (8 hours).
• Willingness to float between clinics as necessary.
• Reliable transportation to work within a 50-mile radius (preferred for local candidates).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates or first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with double-booking follow-up visits and productivity expectations.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
