Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of around 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Coordinate with clinic director for any overtime hours, with up to 40 hours guaranteed weekly.
• Float to other clinics within the area as needed to support staffing and patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensing as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full 8-hour day.
• Willingness to float between clinics within reasonable distance.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient setting experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with high patient productivity and double-booking schedules.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
