Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress through evaluations and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
