Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts, Days, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety throughout operations
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative changes
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure all protocols are followed
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments and surgical equipment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting
- Current BLS certification
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification is highly preferred
- Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and procedures
