- Full-time, travel, day shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the telemetry unit.
- Monitor and assess patients’ cardiac status using remote telemetry monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and post-discharge care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in a telemetry or med-surg setting.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Medical Telemetry experience.
- Leadership or charge nurse experience.
- BSN degree.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (Cerner preferred).
