Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic procedures to improve mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment readiness
• Educate patients and their families on prescribed exercises and movement techniques
• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or state certification
• Proven experience assisting in a physical therapy setting
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient clinics or rehabilitation centers
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual skills a plus
