Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with medical team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism in attire and conduct, adhering to facility dress code.

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Texas (compact license accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient or acute care experience.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a hospital or trauma center.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to float between units as needed.
