Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Ste. Genevieve, MO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts (4 days per week, 8 hours each)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services, including swing bed, observation, and extended recovery cases.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Float to answer phones, assist in one-day surgery to clean beds, and help with patient transport when census is low, as directed.
• Work scheduled weekend coverage once per month, with corresponding day off during the week.
• Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and compliance policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Missouri licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• BLS and CPR certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work the designated schedule, including weekends once per month.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a swing bed, observation, or extended recovery unit.
• Comfortable floating between departments and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
