Key Responsibilities
• Provide according to treatment plans for a diverse patient caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and critical care cases.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with department standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and strategies.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication within the clinical environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility, strong time management, and leadership skills in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required Qualifications
• Degree from an accredited program approved by CAPTE.
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Maryland.
• One (1) year hospital acute care experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and patient care.
