Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting, following established protocols.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, including interactions with third-party organizations as required.
• Work approximately 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, primarily during daytime hours.
• Maintain active license and adhere to all credentialing and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to meet patient care objectives and ensure quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Experience in a clinical or setting-specific environment.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Equipment and supplies provided during interview.
• Flexible within scheduled shifts and hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar vendor programs preferred.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of setting-specific therapy practices.

• Weekly billing cycle with 30-day notice period
