Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume ER setting across multiple hospital locations.
• Float or take call at the Center of Hope, approximately 20 minutes from the main ER, as needed.
• Adhere to strict certification and licensing requirements, including SANE certification and multiple clinical certifications.
• Work 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, with availability to work day or night rotations, including holidays.
• Comply with hospital policies, including credentialing, background checks, and ongoing training modules.

Required Qualifications

• Valid ER nursing license (state license not required at submission but must be obtained prior to start).
• SANE certification in hand at the time of application.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience preferred; willing to accept first-time travelers.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, and PALS.
• Ability to work independently and float between hospital locations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Additional certifications such as NIH, TNCC, and ENPC are preferred.
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the hospital, with a rate differential applicable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
