Key Responsibilities

• Function as a consultant to staff and patients on skin prevention, wound management, ostomies, and continence needs.
• Provide direct patient care for individuals with complex wound and ostomy concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Support and encourage effective communication among staff, patients, and families.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards and certifications.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a registered nurse degree program.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional nursing experience with medical-surgical patients.
• Board certification in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing.
• Meets American Heart Association standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), renewed every two years.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in wound care or ostomy management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
