Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients within a clinic setting.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic flow.
• Potential to float to other clinics within the area, including neighboring facilities.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be approved in advance.
• Adhere to billing and productivity guidelines as per updated REMIT bill rate schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic environment.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic treatment experience.
• Flexibility to work in various clinic locations within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to manage patient visits efficiently and meet productivity expectations.
