Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 12–14 patient visits per day, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• See patients up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure or license eligibility as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours, with a standard shift of 8 hours during daytime hours.
• Willingness to accept travel assignments, including first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Must obtain approval from the director for overtime hours worked.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics in the area as needed.
• Ability to work within productivity and patient visit expectations.
