Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Manage a caseload that includes up to 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking follow-up visits expected
• Ensure productivity standards of 60 visits per week are met
• Maintain flexibility to float to neighboring clinics, including Harlem, GA, as needed
• Obtain prior approval from the director for overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Georgia
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work days, including float assignments to other clinics
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new graduates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Strong patient management and documentation skills
