Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and manage pain
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating records as needed
• Support patients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and proper technique
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas

Required Qualifications

• Valid PTA license or certification
• Experience assisting with physical therapy treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
• Knowledge of relevant medical and therapeutic procedures
