Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in an established clinical setting.
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients per week, following scheduled hours.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR system.
• Complete pre-assignment modules and pre-screening forms as required.
• Adhere to schedule flexibility discussed during the phone screen, with various shift options including 4x10, 4x9 plus 4, or 5x8.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards throughout the assignment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient therapy (OP) experience or 1 year of part-time (PT) experience in other settings.
• Valid physical therapy license or license eligibility for the state of Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in using Raintree EMR system.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain patient productivity levels.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics or diverse physical therapy environments.
• Strong documentation and patient management skills.
