Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Assist in patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Implement prescribed therapy activities and exercises
• Document patient progress and update records accordingly
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
• Support patient recovery and comfort through quality care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with geriatric or rehabilitation populations
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities
• Bilingual skills are a plus
