Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care to adult and geriatric patients in a 14-bed ICU setting
- Manage ventilators, vasoactive medications, and sedation titration
- Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and recognize/manage cardiac dysrhythmias
- Deliver post-STEMI care and other complex medical/surgical interventions
- Collaborate with intensivist team to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- ACLS certification required; BLS certification needed
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience with competency in critical care skills
- Ability to pass tele/ECG and medication tests prior to acceptance
- Must be separated from a different healthcare system for 6+ months and in good standing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CCRN certification preferred
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
